Lanyon Quoit a true symbol of Kernow, given to the National Trust by Sir Edward Bolitho (an old Cornish name) in 1952, the wheal house in the background reflecting the mining history of the area.
Rosewall Hill between St Ives and St Just,up on the ancient rolling hills of Penwith...Visibility was not that good today, but what a beautiful day, a real taste of spring :)
Geevor mine Pendeen, we we're hoping we might find a bit of tin ore laying around, our friends at the Cornish Stannary Parliament assure us the odd piece can still be found lying around on the surface.
